MUHABURA Natura l is a coffee for those who know that nature doesn’t need to be improved. Minimal intervention in the coffee cherries during processing preserves the unfettered wildness of these African beans, straight from the plantation to the bag.

The beans for the MUHABURA series come from shrubs growing at altitudes above 2,000 meters in northern, western, and southern Rwanda. Grown in volcanic soil, it draws its qualities from the Land of a Thousand Hills. The fruit, nourished by crystal-clear water, ripens harmoniously in the rays of the equatorial sun. Always hand-picked and carefully sorted, the cherries undergo a natural dry processing process . This process brings out the best of what nature has stored within the beans. The sweetness from the fruit’s flesh, protected by a red skin, permeates the beans as the cherries are sun-dried, creating a rich composition of intriguing flavor notes and a pronounced body.
