We present MUHABURA One & Only coffee – our black pearl, for which we select the most exceptional beans from microlots from Rwanda in the Competition class.

For the current batch, we obtained 120 kg of coffee from the MAHEMBE Coffee Company, which is the only one growing the Geisha variety in Rwanda.

Result after brewing: intense floral aroma, with the first sip, distinct raspberry and lemongrass flavor, with a peach background, to be followed by a juicy green apple after cooling.

MUHABURA One & Only stands out from other traditional Rwandan coffee processing methods. Its beans, still encased in the skin and pulp of fresh cherries, are dry-fermented.

: Taste notes: tangerine blossom, jasmine, lavender.
A fantastic blend of flavors, subtle acidity, full body, and a pleasant, creamy aftertaste.
