Izuba fruit – always on the side of the Sun!

Pineapples are grown on plantations in eastern Rwanda, fed by the waters of Lake  Mugesera . After hand-selection and processing, the plump, fully ripe fruit is placed in special greenhouse beds where, heated by the sun, they release excess water, enhancing their intensity and sweetness. To ensure the dried pineapple slices retain their best qualities, they are biologically stabilized in their packaging using a vacuum and a dose of nitrogen. This sealed and protected tropical aroma and flavor are released only in your hands.
