Cascara MUHABURA – dried coffee cherries for brewing

MUHABURA Cascara , or dried coffee cherries, is an excellent alternative for both coffee and tea lovers. Whether brewed hot or cold, it delights with fruity notes and natural sweetness. The recipe is below!

How to make cascara? We suggest the following recipe:

For every 100 ml of water at 97°C, measure 6-7 g of aromatic husks. Let them steep for about 6 minutes. Ready!

Note: the infusion contains caffeine (approx. 45 mg / 250 ml)

For an even better effect, the fruit can be gently ground in a blender before brewing.
